How can one avail a college scholarship in the Philippines?

I'm in my third year in college but due to unavoidable circumstances, it seems that I would not be able to make it to my fourth year unless I get a scholarship. I don't want to wait for another year and delay my graduation. Any advice?

In our city a lot of our congressman are offering scholarship. All you have to do is to go their offices if they are offering it and what are the requirements that they needed. If you are living in Philippines just go to your city hall and asked for scholarship surely they will assist you.
I hope you could get one just like mine.

They are going to pay for the full tuition fee including the miscellaneous fees. It depends on the program but for the program we have here in our city that's how it is. There is no maintaining grades as long as you dont have failing grades that's only their requirement.
