the aquino camp better do something about the publicity coming out. planned appointees of president-apparent noynoy aquino is starting to look like the crowd of his sister kris aquino. plans to get boy abunda, mother lily monteverde, ogie alcasid, dingdong dantes...it's like who did what in his campaign. now, we all know we should trust our friends. maybe some of those president-apparent noynoy is planning on getting appointed may be qualified but like i said apparent appointees from a non-showbiz background names better be coming out or better yet no names of possible appointees come out yet if they cannot name names of possible appointees from a non showbiz background. things are starting to smell like kris... why was i for villar? well, he's second best to noynoy. if noynoy hadn't had kris as a sister i'd go for him. but the trauma of what his sister can do to the aquino name and dignity is nothing new to us. whoever said he doesn't want noynoy for president because he doesn't want kris as a first lady isn't me. but i sure do agree with him. recent events are starting to look like kris' concoctions, right? i know noynoy has his own mind but we cannot deny it's starting to smell like kris.

those are just chismis as for now, the main reason i didn't vote for noynoy got nothing to do with being kris' brother, but on his qualifications. i voted for gordon for his the most qualified in terms of accomplishment and education. but those doesn't matter now, as noynoy will lead us for next 6 years..

I second to that, imagine only 490k people knew who's the best of all, second choice for me is Gibo of course. i will be watching gordon's interviews after six years, i hope people will see it through, but the future with noynoy is completely uncertain, his way of choosing govt. officials bothers me a lot.

His choice of officials scares me too. What made him choose Boy Abunda as the head of tourism? I'm glad Boy refused. And I saw in the news that he chose Dingdong Dantes as the representative of the youth. I'm really disappointed at Noynoy because he's choice of officials are very star studded. It's like he's repaying his star endorsers for endorsing him during the campaign. I don't know this for sure, but it seems to me that it's what's happening.

boy abunda is a good and dignified person. i don't know how he was raised but his dignity is there. he might have had tarnished it if he had accepted the appointment. frankly, i wish people would be more like boy abunda. they know their place under the sun and is isn't blinded by too much power.

if i could only vote, i would either noynoy or gibo. I would choose noynoy because i wouldn't think that he'll destroy his parents' name, so i don't think that he'll be corrupting. then I like Gibo because of his qualifications. about the boy abunda thing, i wouldn't mind because i know for the fact that he's intelligent, though it will make a lot of people feel uneasy especially to see him in the government. let's just hope that noynoy will stick to his own decisions and not with the influence of his sister. we've got nothing to do now, so let's just support him as our president for the next 6 years.

sometimes it isn't the one who is at the head who is corrupting but his chosen people he picked to help him run the government. noynoy aquino actually has a mind of his own when, during his proclamation, he was asked whether a certain general would remain in his position. the steely determination of his simple answer is enough for me to catch a glimpse on his hard headedness (when not left with suggestions from his kin). however, i believe once whispered to by kris (i don't know why since noynoy had been known to disapprove of almost everything kris did) kris' voice still wins.

Hello Ritchelle, why was i for villar? well, he's second best to noynoy. if noynoy hadn't had kris as a sister i'd go for him Second best to What? Surveys? despite of Villar's good track record in terms of very nice legislative laws, for me, Gordon still tops out on every one. most specially when it comes to executive track record, second to that is Gibo. Noynoy? It doesn't matter who's his sister/brother is as long as he makes a decision for his own, and why are you so annoyed by Kris, She can't control Noy. but Noy's decisions to appoint Abunda, Motherlili and even Dingdong Dantes proves his complete lack of maturity in terms of getting the BEST qualified candidates. blame that on the Bias Media for taking sides.otherwise, none of this would have happened.

In fairness, these are just reports. Seeing as they are from showbiz, things get blown out of proportion. What's wrong with considering all these people? I vomit at the thought of Boy Abunda and Dingdong Dantes in the government, but sometimes people can surprise us. For me, as long a they are really the most qualified for the position, its okay (since I know they are not...) to consider anyone. I think that Noynoy knows how to say no to Kris. Remember these two have only spoken recently. Noynoy was very vocal about Kris' love life and vice versa. Noynoy has shown that he can be "kuya" to Kris, and sometimes that entails listening to the younger one even if you will not follow them anyway.

this is what you called "pagtanaw ng utang n loob"...just as long as Kris will stay away from Noynoy and he's appointees will work at their best then we should give them the chance.

I think people should get off Noynoy's back and let him do his thing. I too voted for Villar, kinda disappointed that a lot of people were influenced by all the black propaganda against him. Noynoy seems not qualified as the presidents but since majority of Pinoys voted for him, we ought to support him. He on the other hand should pick cabinet members wisely and not because they helped him or it's Kris' friend. We need officials who can serve effectively.

I just want to let you know that many bad things said about Villar are true. I know this because of the experience of someone who's very close to me. I won't drop names, but I don't think this person would lie to me.
