hello rod,
i remember this head hunter/man power agency or something. they're not one company but they are affliated with a lot of companies. they get paid for people that the company hires from their referrals.
If you apply to them, they will conduct the initial interview and then let you proceed to the company they refer to you so that you can continue there with either exam or major serious interview.

Oh so you mean if i'll be accepted by mirof and will be endorsed to other companies then i'll repeat the application process again? like interview, exam, etc?
So this would be a dual processing and takes a bit longer.

yup yup. but you won't have to repeat the initial interview or exam, mirof will handle that. only the final interview i think will be handled by the company you will be referred to.

My last question is about the compensation. Is it true that you get paid by mirof and not by the real company you're working with?
and what it i get hired but in the end the job description doesn't match with the actual job which was posted in the jobstreet website? If you will be have this situation, what will you do?
