Hi, Well its nothing. You have to first register your bank account number. An unique number called NEFT number will be needed. You can go through the Paypal support for that or you may search the site of Reserve Bank of India. Get the NEFT number of the branch where you have account. Register your account with it and it will be done. One point worth remembering is that if you register with your bank account you may withdraw $500 a month and if you register your credit or debit card that amount would be $2500. Once you've successfully register either one of them, request a transfer and the money will be transferred to your account. They deduct some amount if the amount transferred is less than INR7000.
