Do you want to change your job?

Last April I finded this job ,at first I like it, and everyday worked hard ,hope to make a good realationship with my partners,to do my best with the order of the boss ,,,,,but one year later ,things didnt go through the way what I hope,the content of the work was not what I want,now I gratuaded about 3 years,little time to waste,I really want to find a job meaning,challenge,but I confuse what I really want,what is the good job?
