I really want to leave my present job. I have been in this job for almost 3 years and yet my career seems to be stucked. I have grown tired of the poor management our office has. Employees who comes to office late always get away with it. Others spend most of their times talking in their cellular phones while others are busy at work. The financial compensation I get from my job is also not enough for me considering how hard I am working. Hopefully, as soon asI fixed my financial problems, I could leave this job and find a better paying job.

A good job is one where you don't feel exploited but enjoy every minute in it.It should fulfill your mind and the challenge should be encouraging your motivation. No doubt,it should provide ample money to satisfy your day to life and a little bit of your extravagant dreams.
Now,I am running my own little business and I have traveled so far that there seems to be no step back, even if I want to.
