first, you should probably see a specialist, either a podiatrist or dermatologist, especially if youve had this problem for a while. second, if it was athlete's foot, there would be burning, itching, and probably peeling skin. and finally, from what youve said, it might just be dry skin. do you have it all year round or just in winter? it could also be a type of dermatitis, such as eczema which is why i suggested you go to a doctor. if you think its just dry skin, try a pumice stone and moisturizer. just make sure that you dont "scrub" really hard with the stone use it lightly and if you use lotion, make sure you keep your feet up while it soaks in completely.

Here's my problem....I am 25 years old and my hair has thinned dramatically over the past few years. It is so thin in the front that you can vividly see my scalp. It is embarassing. I've had things tested such as my thyroid and cholesterol and so forth and there is nothing wrong with me. No cancers, no dangerous eating habits, no nothing. I am very self concious about this being as I am only 25 and a girl.

does this run in your family? cuz genetics can play a big part in hair loss. also, what do you do to your hair? do you get a lot of tight perms? rollers? pony tails? tightly pulled hairstyles in general? if you do, over the years that can put a huge strain on your hair and it will cause it to be pulled out at the root over and over and eventually it wont grow back. what you should do is see a doctor who specializes in hair loss. it could be alopecia areata. if youre having irregular periods, it could also be a hormonal problem. have you tried anything with minoxidil in it? it could be related to serious stress and/or an immonological imbalance.

Are there any brands of make up products that someone with acne should not use? For example, are some worse at clogging pores or irritating the skin? Are there any that a really good?

Many of our customers have reported better skin with using mineral makeup. Those with systemic acne find that the bismuth in mineral makeup will help to clear it up. Jenn

thats kind of a tough one cuz everyones skin is different, therefore, every product will work differently. i would say to stay away from stuff with strong astringents, those are usually highly irritating to the skin and can worsen the problem. if you have sensitive skin i would try something gentler like an apricot scrub to cleanse the pores first.

Hello to you. This is so nice of you. I have a question: I'm in my 40's & starting to notice my skin isn't what it used to be, small lines & not as firm as it used to be. I really wouldn't mind getting older if I looked like myself & was healthier.
