Have you ever lost your cell phones? If so how and did any one return it you... Some of you might have great experience in having their cell phones lost. I have lost my cell phone once..
That was when I was coming in the Three wheeler. I had put my cell phone in my pant pockets. But while I was travelling, my mobile has slipped out of ma pocket and fallen on the seat. I didn't realize it all. After I came home only I remembered my cell phone.. I searched thoroughly in side handbag.. But it wasn't there.. I called on my mobile no.. It was ringing.. but no answer.. I had a doubt if I had left it in ma office table.. SO I didn't say about this matter to ma mum.. Next day when I went to office I looked for ma phone .. It wasn't there... And that's IT.. I had no idea how am I gonna tell this to mum coz for sure she will blast ma head.. But some how or another I had to told her.. But luckily.. not much of scoldings...
So guy.. now share your experiences....

Luckily for me, i have never lost a cellphone, since i tend to be extremely cautious and i always feel my pocket from time to time to check if my cellphone and wallet is still there. I rarely lose any of my stuff, the only reason why i sometimes lose them is when a friend borrowed something from me and then never returned it, or claims that he/she lost my stuff, since some can be quite messy with their things.

good to hear that u are very cautious about ur belongings and that u never had lost any stuff unless ur friends does.. But I.. good at losing stuff.... Can u imagine I lost my London O'L original certificate when I went for an interview.. But the mystery is that I had all ma certificate in my pocket file. During the interview I was only asked to give my cv to the interviewer. And then when I returned home, my mum was just going through my certificate and she found one pocket without any certificate.. She went through my file and asked " where is ma O'L certificate" I said it's in the file" but she said no... And then only I went through ma file and found it wasn't there.. And there after I searched the whole house and I couldn't find...But all the other certificates were in my file... I still have no idea how only that certificate got lost. I even went to the place where I went for the interview and checked with them as well.. But no use.
Any ways hope u don't loose any stuff in the future as well

What is a london OL certificate? Is it like a diploma? Hmm. Now that is a mystery, how would it get lost like that right? Maybe you really brought that certificate to the interview but you left it inside the bus or train? And you didnt notice it? I hope you can obtain a copy of that in the future. Maybe you can ask the school for another copy.

London O/L certifiacte is the exam held by Edexcel.. In Sri Lanka,, u get local schools as well as International schools. All International school follow British Curriculum. In that most school train student for the Edexcel Examination and some schools for Cambdrige Exams... O/L means " Ordinary Level
I lost it in 2008 and then I applied through British council by paying around $100.. But I couldn't get an original one. Only statement by Edexcel... The certificate is sent by Edexcel Centre In UK.. Hoep u now have a clear idea about London O/L certificate

Hi Vjsinduja,
I have been loosing phone on regular intervals and i have lost so many phones that i have stopped buying costlier phones and try to buy which cost between 1000 to 2000 rs. I have lost like u, that it slipped from pants, i lost because i forgot in a shop, or once when i was very angry i threw that on the wall. I have in all lost about 6 phones till now and yet to get a call from anyone who found that. First cell i lost was in about 2002 i think it was. I had brought Panasonic GD90. it costed 12,000 that time and it was new but i was careless and lost it.. I kept trying to call my number but no one picked and after 20 mins or so the number was switched off.

Yes i had that and liked that a lot.. It was my second phone and brought it just a month after my first phone as my first phone i didnt like and gave to my brother. I loved this phone and i brought it from the grey market as it wasnt introduced in India at that time. It was lovely phone with 4 colour changing screen. Every classmate was envious of me when i got that phone because it was a very beautiful phone and cell phone in those days was a big thing .. even though i have brought N73 and E 71 but i still miss that phone

i lost my cellphone once and the way i lost it was very stupid..i was having an argument with my bf during the octoberfest party (so expect the place to have lots of people) and i walked out on him..he followed me but not too closed..i handover my fon to the guy on my back and i thought it was him..later on i've realized that my fon is not with my bf and i can't seem to find who i gave it to..i was really stupid coz that fon is just 2 weeks old and the value is really high that time..so in order for my mom to not find out that i lost it..i quickly purchased a new one the next day and when i was questioned later on as to why i withdraw a huge amount on my account i told them that i invested it in a networking business..

Hey!
I never had lost my mobile cellphone and I do not know how it is possible. But, I have very interesting story about my friend. One day my friend lost his own mobile phone it was happened last weekend. We drink some bottles of bear and then we split up.
When I go with other friends too another public place in my town. After met that place I call to my friend and we go to my other friend tent. In tent we are laughing and jumping in tent.
When I go to other friend we are talking so much about many interesting topics when my friend called and said he lost his own mobile cellphone. I walked too place where he be and where he been before. We was three people who participated in search.
First of all we look in place where we drink some bottles of bear then we go by road to my other friend tent. We looked two times in tent and we do not seen the mobile cellphone. After some hours we try the same strategy, but in outside was very black night. We walk the same road searching cellphone, because we do not know where it can be. We search around tent and when we think that we need again try search in tent. We exception all pillows and blankets and guess what? We had searched the phone.
This had happened, because my friend who lost this mobile cellphone do not have Sim card and he always take three mobile phones. My friend was very worried when he lost his mobile phone, because his was a present from his mother.

i have never lost a phone. but i would want to share this story with you.
last week, my co-worker accidentally left his phone inside an airplane. we work with an airline company at the airport. we're the ones who dispatch the flight. anyway, he was the one at the aircraft, a few minutes before closing the door, he suddenly realized that his phone is not in his pocket! he was panicked. he tried to look for it but he had to close the door when all the documents was delivered. after the flight left, he tried to look for it in other places that he had gone but he didn't find it. then when the plane landed in thailand, he tried calling it again and someone answered in thai. he wasn't sure if it was a recorded message or if a person actually answered it. luckily, his phone was sent back on the return flight. he didn't know what happened or how the phone was found. so he got his phone back. amazingly, his phone has been to thailand while he, himself, has never been there. :)
i just thought this is an amusing story related to the topic :)

Really interesting.... He should be lucky person to get his phone after his mobile has been to Thailand.. Usually when a cell phone is left somewhere, the person who sees it definitely takes it with him and the person who lost it will never ever get it back.. But ur co worker should be a lucky one

hi vjsinduja,
i have lost my phone just once and that's my very first cellphone! huh! i bring it in my workplace (a videoshop) and i am with another employee, well we are just 2 in there that time coz the security guard is on break when the phone that's located upstairs rings, and so i have to answer the phone and i forgot to bring my cellphone with me and i leave it in the counter, i told my friend to look after it and she says yes, but customers came in and she have to assist them, and she gets busy as well...after that, after the customers leave and i finally finish talking on the phone with our boss, my cellphone is also gone!
we try calling my number, yes it rings but after a while its no longer available!
i really feel bad about what happen coz its not cheap to buy a cellphone and it came from my savings so it really hurts! huh!
well i have no problem with scoldings from my parents since its my savings that i use to buy it, they just remind me to be careful next time. and from then on, i don't lose a cellphone again.

Yes, i had the bad experience before too. This happened when i was in bus. I still remember the bus was crowded. When i went down from the bus, i only realize that my cell phone was gone. I really don't know what to do at that time.Feel like lose direction. Because of the experience, i am more caution when i take public transport.
I really hate the feeling because i lost all my friend contact.

I lost my cellphone once when i was riding a taxi in a busy town which i just had a visit for just a couple of hours.
I was hoping that the driver might have noticed my phone and return it to me or perhaps wait for my call... But apparently it so happened nothing was returned...
I end up being so broke for quite sometime because through my cellular phone i can ask money to my mom for my allowance... but because of what happened, i can't reach my mom or even text her... because i can't memorize her number because she changes her number from time to time... hahaha...
