Although too much snacks are not good for our health, but sometimes we buy the for enjoyment and their tasty taste. What do you buy in snacks? I mostly buy snacks which contain cheese or which contains tomato. What about you?

The only snack I eat is fruits and vegetables. I love a dish of chopped carrots, celery, spring onions etc

I love milk biscuits and chips for snacks.Yes,we have to buy some snacks when we are fed up with the routine edibles at home. But too much of snacks will not be good for us as they may contain preservatives. So,have snacks just for fun and a change.I love banana chips more.

My husband and I eat a lot of snacks. I feel like we use them as mini meals throughout the day. We mostly purchase healthy snacks such as fruit, cheese sticks, pretzels, etc. Sometimes though we may indulge in something sweet such as ice cream or candy. Anything can be fine in moderation!

The idea of snacks is actually quite healthy. It's good to keep your blood sugar regular and metabolism up. It's just the type of snacks that get us in trouble! Some of my favorite snacks are blueberries and watermelon, but I'm not immune to (homemade) cookies either! At least when I make them myself, I know what's in them and that does not include high fructose corn syrup! I also really love sandwiches -- on whole grain bread. Just half a sandwich is sometimes all that is needed to hold me over. To which I have with Peanut Butter and Jelly or Peanut Butter and Fluff (not as healthy but oh-so delicious!)
