I am the member of this site for about two months. I am having the balance of $38.00 in my account..As I used to read many discussions about the reduced number of articles, I just wanted to test the site.. For your kind info, at the beginning or till I reach the balance of $30.00, I used to get articles worth more than a dollar everyday.Once my balance reached $30.00, they reduced the number of articles to two or three in a day and I am not able to make even 10 cents in a day..Also I changed my interests many times..Yesterday I got two articles worth 6 cents... Yesterday I ,my self created another account with different email id& user name from a computer with different IP address..As a surprise, I got articles worth $1.32 . Within few minutes, I returned to my home and checked my account again..No more articles were available...Still I have selected the same interests in both of the accounts.. Today I got articles for 11 cents to my original account and earned $1.13 from the second account....It is sure that they are not going to offer articles to the second account, if the account balance reached their mark of "$30.00"... From that I concluded, that they are not allowing us to reach the minimum balance..Even if we reach it in four or five months, they never going to pay...Now they are also forcing us to click on the ads available...
Ok...Let them be as such...Now I have decided to click on some particular google ads repeatedly, everyday so that their google adsense account is banned...I have book marked some of their advertisers page also..Soon I will start clicking in that also....Am I doing wrong? Because I don't want to be scammed by them...Readbud should not get advertisers also....Still I did not do that...But after getting your opinion, I will do, if the active of mine is not criticized as bad by the fellow my lotters...what you all are thinking? Or else, can we give some more time for them to pay our members( if they have the intention of paying us)?

i also agree that readbud is a scam. i still havnt seen any discussions or reviews saying that it is legit.. it seems too good to be true anyways.. getting paid like $30 per month for reading and rating articles.

Hearing from what you're saying, it doesn't seem worth it even if they're not a scam. Thanks for the insight.

In the beginning, till we reach the amount of $30.00, we were able to earn at least $1.00 from rating the articles..Once we reached the $30.00, they limited the number of articles to be rated just to prevent the members from reaching the minimum payout level. If they really about to pay, then the earnings will be much good as we can not earn that much from any other sites for such a simple works..But from the very beginning, they are in the plan of cheating the members and that's why they are not allowing any one to reach the payout level..Even then, some of the members have reached the payout level and requested...They have been informed to wait for one more month to review their activity..I don't know what are they going to review our account for the month of one month.Just waste of time...Thanks for your response.

Oh I thought you were really scammed by readbuds as in you did not receive your hard earned money...
Anyways, I heard one of the mylotters have requested for cash out already and it is still on que... Let us wait if readbud will pay him or not. I am really keeping an eye with this readbud site... This is very controversial I guess... Many speculations, many hopers and many doubters. For that, I did not join the site yet. I am tired of wasting time with sites that aren't paying... Those days are over. I will join the site once it is confirmed legit and paying.
Goodluck to all of you.
By the way, I thing I have to disagree with you, the reduction of available articles are not really a sign of scam, it os just their way of limiting and controlling the releasing of money...

Even I have started feeling the same about Readbud...that probably it is a scam!! I had heard others complaining about $30 scheme and wanted to test it myself. As soon as I reached $30, the maximum of number of articles I have got till date is 6!! And I am still on 35$

Till date, no one has received any payment from this site..Two or three mylot members have requested the payout a week back..They have been asked by the site to wait for about one month to review their account..If they are paid, surely they will post the payment proof here or will start a discussion , because many of the my lot members are awaiting to see the payment proof of readbud..But unfortunately, no will be able to post any proof of payment here..Because they never going to pay us...They are not allowing us to reach the payout minimum at all. Then how will we request the payment and say them as scam? Anyway, let us wait few more days to know about the site with exact proof from the members..Thanks for your response to this discussion.

Well, good thing, I have not invested time and money on readbud. Well, several sites are totally scams, specially when the offer is too good to be true.
