I really find it too difficult to honor somebody the best response because a lot of you guys are deserving and if not, there topics that I made that I can't choose because they're answers are usually not connected to how it should be answered. We were obliged to choose only one mylotter per discussion and it's really hard. Have you experience this kind of scenario?

No, not really. The best response is just for fun. Certainly everyone likes getting them. I just choose the one that I think either helped me the most, or depending on the discussion, the one I thought was most humorous or most topical. It's just a nice, fun surprise when we get one.

We shouldn't be so narrow-minded after all we who are at the mylotter platform are loosing every-day,ever-hour by not honoring our co-mylotters,Its a social site where we all are contributing and earning someway, therefore its the owner of the site who is to decide its not our duty to reject or honor the co-mylotters in a norrow-minded way and therefore we should be as generous as possible. Its a good topic for the discussion and therefore Its worth for the Best Response!!!

I often wonder why they don't let you rate topics as well as responses? Let's face it, some topics are often lame or else redundant, while others are quite interesting and really make you think. I guess picking a best response is based on which one is most enlightening and sensible to you. Its kind of a personal thing and not everyone will agree with you as to which response is the best. The joy of Mylot!

Me, as a person who got awarded a best response for a topic about how to clean your butt by a mylot user, I would say that awarding someone a best response can sometimes be good, especially when the user feels very happy about it. There are certain situations though, where a user can't decide on what user had the best response, either because the answers have nothing to do with the topic, or because more than one user had the best response. You can't have multiple users with the best response. I simply don't press the best response button at all.

To be honest, I completely forget there is a best response button. So, most of the time, I just forget to award a best response to someone. I do understand what you mean though. It's like a lot of things. Like, when I'm asked for my favorite type of ice cream or where I want to visit, I can't just pick one. In those cases, I guess not awarding it at all is a good idea.
