Better than sleeping pills.!!

I finally found a remedy to my sleeping disorders and it's better than a sleeping pills. For so long I can't even remember the time that I slept like a log and relax due to a sleeping disorder of waking up in the middle of the night. It started when I was in my first year in high school where teachers are so strict and deadline are overlapping on days to review for the periodical exam. Because of the hectic schedule I was force to work overnight on projects for 3 days straight, even I can't believe that I survive 3 days without sleep for a young age then it began my days of waking up in the middle of the night on wary hours, 1:30 am, 3:00 o clock, and the worse is sometimes I can't sleep at all. I tried medications and check-ups from specialist none of this options work out. The only way I thought of is to sleep a any time in the day to fill the lack of hours of sleep at night, and ofcourse it was troublesome to a student with many activities in school. But finally it ended. The days of stress and worries of a disease that I thought was uncurable ended with a simple cure even the doctors didn't recommended. It was counting of flowers. I can't really explain this clearlly but it was a joke of my cousin to count flowers because the sheeps might make noise in my sleep. Then i jokingly tried it and in my mind I was filled with the favorite flowers that I like roses, sunflowers, etc. With a blink of an eye I felt relax and the next morning I woke up fulfilled with my dream in paradise.

hmm..counting flowers. i might give that a try would that dream of yours be a flowery dream? i mean, full of flowers?

no it's not flowery dream, what I mean is that It was like paradise to sleep without waking up in the middle of the night.

oohh..that kind of paradise sleep. yup, it's one of the best ways to sleep..like a very deep sleep to rest the body and wake up all fresh

that is nice but it doesnt work for everyone. i generally count to four and take deep breathes at the same time and for me, that usually helps.

hi rose, its good for you that you finally find a way to have a good sleep. well flowers are always nice and bring a good feeling and most of the things that comes to nature give us a relaxing mood and some sort of peace. good for me that i don't have such problem when it comes to sleeping, my only problem is sometimes i oversleep! haha but whenever i come across this kind of sleeping trouble i will also try counting flowers instead of sheep! haha and another thing is that when we count sheep, some might run away, hehe and it will not make us sleep as well coz we will be looking for the lost sheep! well, i hope that it will continue giving you a good sleep and have a great morning always...and of course nothing can beat peace of mind to have a good sleep.

hi rose, Isn't it wonderful..I would love to try it also in case I experience some sleepless nights.Flowers are just great,indeed it is relaxing like you are in a paradise and you are quite right sheep tend to make a lot of noise...LOL...maybe that's the reason why I can't sleep good whenever I count sheep.I will definitely gonna try this...thanks

Me too,i have a sleeping disorder,for quiet sometime now and it makes me feel bad when waking up.I am an evening person,i usually do my tasks every night maybe that's my way to be able to sleep.But still i'm waking early in the morning,but if i cant sleep,my remedy is reading,i used to read books or Bible when i was awake early in the morning by then i am sleepy again...

Good thing that books are like sleeping pills to you too. I tried also doing this I manage to finished the book in the morning LOL. I couldn't help my self and went all the way reading entirely 300 pages. But for some people reading to sleep actually works maybe it got something to do with parents telling stories to their children's.

Good for you, you found a new way on how to have a good nice sleep. Today's way of life has a great impact on our everyday living and especially our way of sleep.. We just have to find ways on how make this up and be always be healthy. Happy mylotting..

Its good that you got a solution how to sleep when you cant sleep. After reading this I also tried the same but it did not give me result so I tried different thing I just started reading those books which were not of my interest and I slept with in a minute.
