I can live without the television, dvd, computer and other gadgets, but not with my mobile.
My family is far from me,and i need the phone to have communication with them.
So,the least and last thing i can't lived without is my mobile.

Hi jaiho: In my case I think I can live without a mobile phone because I don't waste much time talking on the phone and I live with my parents and family so I would need it only in case of emergency and I hope it never happends. Anyway, new technologies are amazing and they help us a lot. Thanks for your answer. Have a nice day.

Hi annjilena! I couldn't do without all of them a the same time!
I would really go crazy! I have had to do without the computer
for over a week and that was awful! I am going to have to do
without it again for almost 2 weeks when I go to see my Mom since
she doesn't have one! I can do without tv easier! And the phone,
I would miss that! But, more than anything I would miss the
computer the most! How sad is that?

Why not? That will be a real holiday for me.With the advanced technologies we cannot enjoy our holidays without others disturbance.Cell phones are the worst thing to hurt our privacy. So,if there are good friends and my family members to go for an outing without all those non senses,i will surely feel happy.

I can get by without TV. We have not been watching any TV shows for probably a year now ever since our antenna pole broke off after a storm. It's quite expensive getting cable connection here.
I lived through college without a computer as well so I don't see myself suffering without it.
The phone is a commodity so maybe that's the most difficult thing to lose.

I believe that I can do it if I am just on a good vacation. Going or travelling to many places would surely help me to control myself and forget all of those things. I must admit that I want to try it but I still don't have the time and the place. Maybe it is a very much exciting thing to do.

If I was on a weeks vacations from work and didn't have school either then I could do it. My work and school is all based around a computer. I have such a busy schedule that I don't watch much tv. My cellphone is only used for work and to talk with my husband. All the people that are close to me live in my home, my husband and our three children. So yes I could go without all of this easily. I would love to get a break from it all and just enjoy my day with my family. Thats why once I pick my kids up from school and daycare I focus on them until its bedtime then I get my schoolwork in until my husband gets home, becasue he works the evening shift. Then I let it all go to enjoy the little time I get with him until my day starts all over again.

I think I can live without TV and computer, but I can not live without my mobilephone. My company is far away from my home and the phone is the only way of communicating with my parents and my relatives or friends.Without the phone,it seems I am isolated from the world. For computer and TV,it doesn't matter.I can live without TV for more than 7 days.

Hi annjilena.
If you said just 7 days, I think I can do that. I like cmputer and my cell phone very much. I use them everyday, I like it, though. I waste too much time on computer and my cell phone. So I don' t think without phone , computer that is bad thing. I will might find some new things in my life during 7 days. I really want to make a try, but I probably I can't do that. If I have a chance to try, I will do.

i can go for more than 7 days without a tv and phone. I can go for about 5 days without the computer provided that I'm out with nature. If not, I won't last 3 hours!
I don't watch the tv much. I talk to my friends over the Internet.
I just can't live without my laptop (or a computer for that matter). I turn it one without doing anything with it. I guess it's comforting to see computer turned on

If you mean without work then of course I can, there are still so many things to do,just like go shopping, walking in the forest, climbing mountains or going out for a short trip.Without TV,you can enjoy a quiet reading time in the evening and being with your family. But maybe it's impossible in the real life.

ya i think i can do without phone , computer and tv ...it is getting difficult for new generation as they are seeing all these things right from their birth and we were living without these things i'd purchased cell phone after my marriage....and tv is not so important it's ok if i will not see tv or some time and net is also not compulsory whenever we are on visit i didn't take my laptop with me ....so i think it is not difficult for me...if my family and friends are with me...

yes, yes, yes! i'm not a slave to technology, our parents didn't have all these machineries growing up so it's not impossible to be without them for some time. i can go on for days not watching tv, texting somebody or checking my social networking accounts. i need however, my notebook and pen and people to talk to...i love exchanging stories with people and when the stories are good, you don't realize how time just flies.
