what are the dishes you would love to taste but could never do so(so far)?

I would most definitely want to give paella a try. I've heard so much about it's exquisite taste, that make me wanna crave for it. Do share what are some of your taste bud tingling dishes, if given a chance, you would give a try.

I have always wanted to taste the "Best Burger in NY" as described by Marshall in the series "How I Met Your Mother". Too bad the burger is most probably fictional. But I really want to try it!

You watch How I met your mother??!! Wow, what a hilarious sitcom. And yes this fact totally escaped my mind. Now that you mentioned it, i too would love to go for those sumptuous burgers!!

Hi Danben!. The food I really wanna try but I have not make it is Sushi, a Japanese food that using raw fish. I really wanna try few times but I need to make sure the fish really fresh or I will allergic. Most Japanese ingredient imported from japan and its already facing frozen stage and I am not sure how fresh is it. I hear in japan we can chose living fish that we want to use on our sushi, Its meant totally fresh fish.

Personally, I can't tolerate anything that's raw, but there is a major chunk of sushi consumers that love the Japanese cuisine. Anyways I need to give sushi a try and see if it does match up to it's name, especially it's demand.
