I want to buy a house, how about you?

Paying a rental house cost a lot of money for us parents especially if we are sending our kids to private school or in college. So if i were in your shoe, i better get a financing house and the ten thousand pesos that i am paying for the rent will be my payment for the monthly amortization. If your problem is about the initial down payment i think there is a company that gives a loan which is asking for a low monthly payments.

You mentioned that you don't have a job but you want to live in the city. I believe, you can still find a rental unit which would be lower that 10 thousand pesos but would still be in the city. Cubao rental fees are high but you can also see some condo's in cubao are with rental fee of 7000php. Actually my husband has a apartment unit being rented out at only 6600php in Cubao. This is low for Cubao area but the tenants were already renting the place for more than 8 years already. Just try to look around. Find a apartment with rental fee lower than 10,000. Save the difference. Invest it in a short term investment medium then when you have enough cash, buy the house you want. Hope this helps.

Ten thousand pesos for a house rental is already too big for me. Here in our place you can find much cheaper house rental because the cost of living is not that expensive here unlike in the Luzon area. We don't have our own house yet because my sister who is a teacher got this as housing loan and not yet fully paid. As for me I dreamed of having my own house someday. I want it to be big and with a wide swimming pool. I also want some fruit trees in my backyard. My house doesn't necessarily be filled with expensive appliances, just the important one.

i want a house of myself.not so large but warm. in the city ,buying a house is expensive.sometimes,we need several years of hardworking to offer a house.for us ,house means so much.so,no matter how high the house price is,we are doing on this.

Well i wished for a dream home. And i got it recently. I got little amount for it and rest through loan. I am happy i got my dream home near my farm.

I wanna build a house that is located along the countryside or on top of a mountain filled with trees.. I want it to be simple yet elegant.
