I bought 15 stocks on May 5. I was paid $10 by my withdrawal request on June 8. I don't have any referrals, that is, I can earn money without referrals. If I have some referrals, of course, I can earn much more.

It's an HYIP site. You pay the site a given amount which you trust them to invest on your behalf. They do not tell you how they are investing it, though the name of the site suggests that they invest in very low priced stocks ('Penny Stocks') which they expect to show a high percentage increase over short periods of time. There is no guarantee that this is actually all they do or, indeed, that they do so at all - many sites like this are run by professional poker players and many are simply Ponzi schemes which pay out to the first few investors and then mysteriously disappear.
If the site really is trading in Penny Stocks, then anyone interested should really look at this guide: http://www.pennystocks.net/ and should certainly read the Terms of NetPennyStocks very closely indeed. However, the claims made on the Home page of http://www.NetPennyStocks.com are so vague and unrealistic that I am pretty certain that it's a scam.

It is easy. All you have to do is to buy at least a stock by the price of $1.95. That is all. You only how much it goes up. If you want to make much more money, promote this site.

No its not a hyip site because it clearly says that the members are paid from the new investments and its done like a matrix..it seems like a scam..but the site paid me $30 for my own investments of just $0.75 two years back so its confusing for me whether I say its a scam or true site...besides I have some direct communication with the admin which shows they are serious..but one thing is for sure..you need to bring people to earn with the site promoting the site....and I would suggest do not invest high amount...Lets hope the site give good returns.

I have heard a lot about netpenny, but I have never tried it as of yet, I may actually give them a try. Of course though it wont be right off, but maybe next month, they have been around now for over a year. So they must be a stable company.

Many such companies (especially ones which work on a disguised Ponzi principle) can last for a year to eighteen months before mysteriously disappearing. The only concrete information the site offers is its Terms and Conditions. I suggest you read them VERY carefully before investing any real money. If you like a gamble (and are prepared to lose your stake), then that is a different matter.
There is no information whatever on the website as to whether you can withdraw your initial investment or not (most HYIP sites only allow you to withdraw the interest, at least for a certain period). If you can't withdraw your investment, then you would have to risk your money for at least 80 days - without withdrawing anything - in order to BREAK EVEN (thst is, get your money back).

I hope they must be a stable company too. I think they have been for about 2~3 years online.

The website stinks of 'SCAM'. It says "Get Paid Directly To Your [select]
Account US$ 500 - $5,000 Daily!" and goes on to imply that a one-time investment of $1.95 can earn you US$ 101,970.75 ... in a week, a month, a year, 10 years, 50 years? (it doesn't say, of course).
The table suggests that if you buy 15 units (costing just under $30) you will earn $1.5 million!!! What rubbish! If it was that easy, do you think anyone would do a day's work? You have invested (presumably) around $30 and got a return of $10 in 34 days. Assuming that you withdrew your profit and left your capital, that is equivalent to a daily rate of 0.869% and an annual rate (compound interest) of 22.5% - in other words, if you left your $30 investment in for a year (if you dared to) it would earn something like $650. That is VERY far short of the $1.5 million suggested by the website!
The site gives NO evidence of past performance, NO details of how an account works or how to close it (should you want to), NO street address ... in fact no real information at all that any sensible investor would want to see. The Terms simply serve to absolve the company of ANY responsibility towards their investors.

The Annual Compound Rate should be 2250% - not 22.5% - I misread my spreadsheet. The other figures are correct.

Read what I have said elsewhere and give it a miss - unless you enjoy gambling.

Do I really have to pay in order to participate this offer? or is there any free options to earn from this site?

It's a High Yield Investment Plan (and therefore High Risk). You have to 'invest' money. There are no 'free' options.

You have to pay at least $1.95. There is not any free option.
