I am struggling on my weight.. i am gaining weight.. no matter how I tried.. the more I challenge myself to limit what i eat, the more temptations are offered.. its so hard to be skinny again, yet so fast to be fat.. :(

Hi!
My own experience shows that there are only one kind of effective weight-loss programs. Eat less and move more. I never conciser sticking to a diet, that restricts any kind of products. I prefer just reducing the amount of food I consume every day. At the same time I'm doing my daily workout. One without another doesn't give any results (at least, for me). Nobody can help you without your own will, efforts and strong motivation. The visible results is all about Your own desire to do something.

I feel for you. I once was fat, very miserable and on the verge of collapse. I dieted, excercised a little, and over the course of 2 months, I lost 25 pounds. So, dieting would help (if dieting is your only option), but excercise would be the best option for you. Basically, you need to excercise and maintain a smooth diet over a couple of months and thereafter to see any results.
