ways to please your employee

Just be yourself. He/she hired you because he/she thought you would be a good fit and they liked you. Just be nice...yes sir/yes ma'am ect. Do what is asked of you and always look out for your boss. Be loyal, that is something that speaks a lot of a person and who they are. Find common interests and discuss them with your boss. Nothing is better than when you can connect with someone. if you boss is a man and you are woman then seduce him or if you are a man and your boss is a women then flirt her. if neither the case then you have to work hard.

greet him every morning, make him coffee, just say "yes boss" or "yes sir", rub his back, tease him if you are she, make him laugh, ignore his sarcasm words, work 10 hours a day. and a lot more. oh yeah the important things, don't mind if your colleague say you are licking as* person, because everybody who is success always do that. right????
