the best 3D software is 3dsmax, maya, pro-e, ansi. these software's are recently used myself. the blender is free software but less features, it is enough for free users

i think its flash wave 3d you can use this for 3d animation.In this you have many features to get the ultimated output.It has also freely designable. So you can do your own cartoons and even more you want.let try it out.
