well i have lost around 10 kgs in the last 3 months, would it have any toll on my body because my doctor told me that losing the necessary fat in early 20s would make it difficult to mantain ahealthy body later in life.

congratulations on the best response award. But, if you would allow me to give a tip, I would write out all the comments, in a four line expanded version. Please read the guidelines.
as for the heart problems, and obesity. You seem to be very well informed. Please spread the message about BEING HEALTHY naturally. It does not cost you to be natural.
good luck.

the question should have been different. You did not yet catch the trick of headlines. so, you missed the attention of all those who were here online, in mylot, for the past 17 hours.
but, don't you worry. you will catch the train soon.. it is not about losing weight though! ...
now, .. answer to your query about losing weight after 20's ..
since when did you start thinking that 20 is an age of adulthood? ...
losing weight at any age is ok... as long as you are under the guidance of some nutritionist or a doctor! ... there is nothing like, difficulty in maintaining the body... at older ages. It is the same always!@
