hello one thing you can do to remove acne is by drinking lots of water and one more important that you should not touch acne .you should do yoga breathing exercise search on net pranayama that is a very easy exercise that will make your skin glow and clean skin that will surely help you to get rid of acne

Hi manish: This is the first time I've ever heard that yoga can be use as an acne treatment. Even with that I beleive in the eastern wisdom. I have practiced some yoga exercised when I was 16 years old but it was to have a better physical health. Thanks for the information. Have a nice day.

Hi emandoa: I remember that when I was a teenager I simply used toothpaste. I put toothpaste all over my face and it works for me . I mean, seriously. I was one of these boys that eat the food that is not recommended if you suffer of acne (chocolate, fast food) and I can control them just with toothpaste. Thanks for asking us this question. Hope this works for you. Have a nice day.

I'm not sure about home remedies for acne but there are a few common mistakes that many people do that can make acne worse.
1. Make sure that you are washing your face TWICE a day (once when you wake up and once before you go to bed)
2. Make sure that you are using the right face wash for you. For instance, if you have oily skin you need to get something that is going to clean all that oil off. (something for oily skin)
3. Make sure that before you wash your face with the wash that you take a wash cloth and just warm water for about 5-10 minutes rubbing gently (this opens your pores so that when you wash with the soap it will get into your pores and clean all the dirt that causes pimples out)
4. Most importantly, when you are washing your face so much, you need to make sure that your skin isn't getting too dry since that traps more dirt in your pores. So you need to moisturize your face. I have found that Nivea is the best one as it doesnt make your face too oily. But it all depends on your skin.
I hope this helps a bit and good luck!
