First thing you should learn if you ant to learn how to create a website is html. This is the basic coding that most sites use. there are other types and most of them are branched off of html and this is why I suggest html coding first. After that your going to have to figure out what kind of website you are going to want to make. I cant really help you with that because it is all your decision. Finally after deciding what your site is going to be about you are going to need to apply the html coding to design your site. For the best graphics you should make your own graphics with graphic design programs but if you dont feel your ready you can always search up some templates or get some good pictures you like and proportionalize them according to your website.

For A beginner you can make a website from using A subdomain like blogger,wordpress and multiply and then you can buy a real domain if you have a little money :-)

well w3schools is your best bet to learn basic stuff but you must use it while you learn. Its better if you look for free webhost of some kind to practice with. Well i learned html from the dummies book, its easy to understand but not complete so i had my start there and look for other resources like books and websites
