There was Nothing you Could't Do if you Set your Mind to it!

This is probably one of the best affirmation that I've learned. Same goes with: if there's a way, there's a will. Before, a friend often comments that I always get what I want. I didn't believe that at that time but now I do because I've realized that If I want something, I will definitely do something to get it. How about you, do you always get what you want?

There are times where I honestly believe that there is no such thing as failure. I have not failed. I have just yet to succeed. There are times where success comes at a long and winding road. It might be several obstacles for me to knock out. However, if I set my mind, believe that I am going to succeed and keep my eye on the prize, then I have a feeling that no matter how much time it might take, I'll eventually get it done.
All it takes a lot of the time is a bit of positive thinking. You'll be quite surprise, pleasantly, at what the power of positive thinking can accomplish. There is very little that you cannot accomplish with a little thought. If you are determined, than things tend to get done. I know that I would have fallen hard had it not been for my determination. That is one fact that I am determined about.

hi carlynganda,
I like your post here. You give me encouragement. It is true that we can do whatever we want to do if we set our heart and mind onto it. I experienced it when I took the licensure exam for teachers.I reviewed seriously. I set aside all those stuff that is not necessary like watching tv, playing games, chatting, and others. I make a time schedule for myself and I followed it strictly. I review first those subjects which are difficult. The most important thing that I do is I keep on praying and askin God's guidance. I know that reviewing without His guidance is futile. That is why I pray hard and work hard.As of now, I am hoping that I can be hired at a public school as an English teacher. There is a high number of competency but my trust is in God. I know that if it is His will for me to get a job, I know I can have it.

If someone has a willpower in himself then nothing is impossible in life, I am also like this, I always say that everything is possible and we just need the strength to accept the fact and the will power to make it to the end though.

yeah..since we are not that focus, the ideas that flowed in are not really the best so far..so we better be focus all the time in order to get what we really wanted..

Nothing could be further from the true! If you put your mind into doing anything is possible! All it takes is a will and effort!

well i have a whole spiritual understanding of the stuff but would nt go into those details but setting our minds to something is the first of the many steps required to get a job done...action based is the next and probably the toughest. setting ur mind to do the job is one part but telling ur brain to force the body to continue on the path...thats true will and then only we pave our own way
