Am I being scammed by ADPTC

I have been a member and steady clicker on ADPTC for almost 2 months. Recently I tried to access the site and I get wrong password. So I requested my password to be sent to my email. I get the message Password sent. However no mail arrived from ADPTC, I tried over a dozen times on different days and again received message email sent. I checked my junk mail also, nothing. The thing is I am 100% sure my password was correct. There are no contact links on ADPTC unless you sign in. There TOS states they can cancel your membership any time for any reason. PTC-Investigation notes that people have made similar complaints. Is this a way for them to band me? Has anyone else have this problem? I have done nothing wrong but click ads.
