Going to school for business?

I am wondering what people's opinions are on business educaationn. I was a business student myself at college however I left because it all seemed to be common knowledge and I had already learned much of business from having worked in it my highschool years. Do you think you learn business on your feet, or do you think an education is the best way to go? Personally I think it depends on people's learning styles I don't think business education can hurt by any means however I was never one for an academic experience I learn better on my feet since business is strategy. Let me know what you think.
