What thing do you do on your own away from...

What is the one thing you do on your own free time away from...a cell phone(very hard these days), a computer, and anyone you know? I currently enjoy going to this hill around the corner from my house and sit on top and just watch...clouds, birds, leaves fall from trees, and throw rocks into the pond nearby. I have never been one to just sit back and relax, and I mean really sit back and really relax. I can tell you right now this is the best serenity I have for myself and it is possibly the one thing that helps me keep peace with everyone and everyone with me.

wow, i wish i have a place like that near my house too. when i'm away from all those that you mention, i just lock myself up in my room, play drums, or guitar, or keyboard. or i try to play anyway, as i'm still studying how to. sometimes, i would also just lie in the bath tub for hours.

well having a spot in the house is always good, it is nice to be able to do that and not feel suffocated still by everyday life things. That part with drums and guitar is awesome, since I would probably just beat around the drums with no care in the world, but my neighbors would hate me if I owned something like that.

My alone (me time) is usually spent with me sitting outside with a good book (if it isnt ungodly hot), reading and listening to the birds and enjoying the quite country life I recently moved into. My ideal spot for alone time would be at the beach, listening to the waves of the ocean and the feel of the sand between my toes.Have you ever looked up at the clouds and found objects in them? I used to do this as a child all the time and I still do, takes me back to my youth.

when it comes to looking at clouds and finding objects it is a pretty romantic, serene, enjoyable and sometimes hilarious activity to do. This is one thing that nobody can get "too old" for, however it is a nice trip back to youth-ville.

cute one... :D I actually spend my time alone daydreaming or reading a book whenever I'm away from a computer, a friend, a cellphone and it's my free time. I like karaoke-ing by myself too.

this is awesome. It is nice to get away mentally withouth getting away physically. I like that touch of karaoke-ing by yourself, always nice to be able to do that becasue you can be as sincere or goofy as you want and feel good about it.

i want go to the beach, sunbathe, lie on the sand, sunbathe, and watch clouds, enjoy my time with my family

do you leave near a beach or this something you would have to travel to? here where I am, there is a beach about 15 minutes away. Still enough of a break to get out, but it is always so crowded and I am not a fan of being there by myself. I love your response though, very relaxing and very serene.
