what is more important-your moral character or your income? Consider this two proverbs; "Better is the one of little means who is walking in his integrity than anymore crooked in his ways, although he is rich" "Better is a dish of vegetable where there is love than a manger-fed bull and hatred along with it." Clearly a person's moral integrity and worth are not diminished by loss of income.. what do you think guys? common and share with me your opinion regarding to this..Happy mylotting!

Life as a mouse is better than a lion carpet.Interity is hard to maintain especially if your have a family to feed and such.Nowsday doing business is cut throat, hard to have a full integrity as specially those countries where bribery cronies corruption is rampant. At least is not murder or thief directly.Moral is name sake only.I also wish to have interity and moral. But after being repeatly cheated and get stolen from,i also join the wagon.Maybe i am weak and stupid.

if you once cheated and loss, and what comes to your mind is to revenge, your just like a person that you have hated most..

Thinking revenge and actually doing it is different.Just like in movies, images of terrorists attack, crime , police corruption are so called imaginery for entertainmnet purposes. In movies are fantasy of the mind.In real life, things are different , but as long it is not done it ok. Temproray there is now law that said it is illegal to think about killing something, as long it is not done.

Hi Cherwin! I would say that the interaction between our income and our lifestyle greatly influences our perception on our own moral integrity. A change in any of these options, income versus lifestyle, would affect our morality. With more income and not much change in our lifestyle then our perception on our own moral integrity could well be said healthy. But with less income and when keeping up with our lifestyle becomes a burden then our morality could often be challenged. The opposite could well be true either. At the end of the day opportunity decides whether "Better is the one of little means who is walking in his integrity than anymore crooked in his ways, although he is rich", "Better is a dish of vegetable where there is love than a manger-fed bull and hatred along with it."

Yes I agree with all the things you said. No money is enough to buy or pay for good integrity and character. It is we who make it and maintain it so no matter how low your income is, as long as you are working with integrity then you should always be at peace. I hope that the next leaders here in the Philippines will always maintain good character and integrity so that we can have a better country. I hope everybody will do the same and stop corruption.

Yes, I agree with you. When you lose your moral integrity, you will lose everything else including your source of income. You may get away with it for a while, but the truth will eventually surface and it is not good to only think of money all the time since everything is just temporary.

Yes on my view I deffinetly support moral character. If our moral charcter is lose in a moment then it couldnot return in our life. If you are a bussinessman and your character is not good then not success for a lifetime. For your income you through your moral character then you establish as a rich people for some days but not for a long time.

That's right. I agree with you. riches may fade away but the moral and character of a person never fades. morals can never be bought but it can only be taught and acquired through once experiences. Right moral make a person well respected and loved and not his riches. He may be loved but not for who he is but for his treasures, so if one loses his treasures then he will be unloved. But a man with good character loses his treasures, he will still be loved, respected and treasured. I am speaking in how it is viewed on earth. But if I speak in the view of heaven, character is more important because as i said it remains, so when you go to heaven it will still remain and you will be rewarded for it, but your riches will be left on earth, so when you die you will be judged according to your character and not your riches for no one could buy or pay a fare to go to heaven.

as they says "what a profit of a man if he gain the whole world but he lost his own soul" this means that money cannot save us, instead it can lead us to evil..as we observed many rich people now a days is not contented what they have it is because they still searches thier happiness and think that it can be found if you have a lot of property and wealth.. but there wrong..
