I only have one nickname that my closest cousin called me. She called me by the name MAYOUNG its a combination of MAY which is my name and the word young because at that time I am still young. And she told me that once I get old she will call me mayold. Thats the only nickname I have.

I have been in so many kinds of nicknames but in the language we have. Like I have been called as “Pandak” means short, “taba” means fat and “ganda” means beautiful. My father call me “pandak”, my male friends call me “taba” and my female friends call me “ganda”. I am not offended if they call me such name as these are just their term of endearment to me. When a person called me such names, it means they are close to me. My nickname is Grecy you can call me that way

My favorite nickname is birdlegs. It sure fits. Someone gave me that name as a teenager and it just stuck with me. Was also called humphrey since I wasn't very large chested. So maybe it was spelled hump-free....lol I was always so athletic and my body is built the same way to this day. Thin with long, skinny legs. Cute discussion.

I've had several nicknames thrown at me. I'm a little tall and have a reputation for fighting, yet whereever I stay (Pennsylvania, Michgan, Ohio) people call me "Big W". I once worked in Detroit and an Egyptian called me "Taddese". My best friend calls me "Smestle", and I also like "Big A" (from scholastics and playing basketball in Ohio and Pennsylvania), "Unseld", and "C-Man" (for my strength.)

I like that, bouncer. Sometimes big things come in small packages and I can see you, the little lady, putting the big brutes in their places. I have a tendency to do that. I am pretty big, which is the reason for Big Wes. But guys remind me of Kim of Detroit or most recently Mel, two little ladies who put their chests out, hands on hips, and let me know who rules -- and it wasn't me.

One aunt, now long gone, used to call me Barbie-cue, and my first chiropractor would call me Barbie-doll. An old boyfriend who liked to play with words and knew that I liked gerbera daisies, started calling me Gerbera, which morphed into Gerbil, and finally degenerated into Rodent.

I don't have a lot of nicknames. A friend of mine and some family members call me V sometimes because that's the first letter of my name but that's about it. My friend and I tried to give each other nicknames once. She decided that she'll call me Marshmallow and I decided that I would call her Strawberry. It was fun making up nicknames but it didn't stick and we just ended up calling each other by our real names.

Well i changed like 7 schools before i was done with my 12th standard. So i had loads of nicknames. Some friends just use to add "A" to my first name and use to call me by that name.Sometimes, they'd use my last name for referring me.Some of the nick names i collected over years are;Charlie,Roxy,Motorolla and few more.I like charlie the most.I got this name 'cause i was good at computer in my classroom and my teacher used my call me" CHARLES BABBAGE" So charlie was a short for that. Also had a witty sense of humour so used to call me charlie because of charlie chaplin.I got other of name of roxy because i burnt down a tailor shop alone and the name of the shop was roxy tailors. At first i liked that name but then i figured out that this name was quite girly,so i started hating it.I got other name of motorola because i was the first one to own a cell phone and it was a motorola phone.

Nicknames, huh? I've been called a lot of things in my life but most of them were not nicknames.
When I was little, my mother called me Peanut because I was so small. She said that, on my fourth birthday, I could walk under our diningroom table and not bump my head. I'm still shorter than average but haven't been called Peanut for a very long time.
Marti is, of course, a nickname and the one I've been called the longest.
When I was a teen, I was called 'Windy'. No, not because I had excess gas. There was a song that had come out by The Association called "Windy" and people thought I sounded very much like the girl they were singing about named Windy.
"Who's walking down the streets of the city, smiling at everybody she sees,
Who's reaching out to capture a rainbow, everyone knows it's Windy."
I have to say that nickname really did fit me at the time.

Just think, if you happened to be sly and slippery as a teenager, you could have been called "peanut butter"! But I like the name Windy better...Martha, my dear.

I only have one nickname that I can remember form school and that was Hifi because I was always singing and my friends likened me to a stereo system.
My husband has a habit of calling me princess, but I don't really like that even though some may think it is sweet.

One nickname that's suck since childhood is "Bee". My given name is already short enough, but my family and friends found a way to make it smaller, with "Bee".
When I was a bar manager back in the day, some of my co-workers refereed to me as "HBIC" (head b!tch in charge) because of my aggressive, no BS work tactics. My oldest daughter calls me "Mommatard", it used to upset me - now I think it's cute.
But my favorite nickname came from a boyfriend, we only dated briefly before he moved out of state, but he called me "Dutchess". I just thought it sounded so *sweet*.
