The New Philippines (Is there a better future?)

What can you say about the Philippines? We now have a new president. Everyobdy's hoping and praying that things will turn out good now we have a new government. But it must not all lie to the government. We Filipinos must start to act too. The love of country must be seen in us. The love of our country must be a lifestyle. We don't need to do something extraordinary. Basic things like following the traffic rules, cleaning our own places, going to work on time, saving resources, paying our taxes, these are enough. But, we must also be watchful. Let's make our five senses work in monitoring the works of our new government. In proper venue, we must elevate our concerns to them. We must be vigilantly watchful of their motives and actions. We Filipinos must start to heal our nation. If no one, who else will?
