Now I have to decide whick kind of jobs I should do

Now I have make a choice again and it's very important to me .I want a good job this time and it's better if it has some space to be promoted.
Now here are two kinds of jobs .One is you can be promoted soon and the boss will value you but in a samll company ,another one is maybe you will be promoted in two or three years in a big company but maybe the boss even wont know your name .
Which one is better to a me who just graduated last year ?

If you were graduated last year, you might need some experience to be accumulated before your boss can notice your work performance. The most important thing to do is to get whatever knowledge you can get from your work. Try a small company first. Then you can go for bigger fish. Either way, whatever you can get at the moment right now.

i think since you just graduated last year better to gain experience first whether in a small or big company, some big companies are requiring 2 to 3 year experiences while some small companies hired even newly grads. as a saying goes by, 'look at the journey not the destination,' don't think of the promotion, bigger salaries, or higher position. think of the experiences you will gain for your professional growth

I think the small company is better because right now you need job experience and you will get it when you start a job so why not start with the small company and then in some three years you move to the big company with job experience and graduate certificates with. It is more reliable.
