What is the best internet service provider in the Philippines?

In my own experience cable internet are faster than any other internet so I suggest you choose sky broadband since the other network is already populated.

I think its the Sky Broadband. I'm not using that connection but from what I've heard its really fast but there's a catch, it's very expensive. I do believe that its worth your money if you really love to surf the net, download stuff and work in the internet. If you don't have that much budget I suggest you use any DSL connection its way better that broadband.

I think it depends on the area. I used Globe Broadband as normal plan in San Juan City. In province I used PLDT DSL which I think It is fast. My recommendation to you is depends on the plan you choose, area and pldt dsl is good.
