The best food to loose weight

What should be our diet in order to lose weight. Sometime I eat only vegetables but still not losing weight. I try also eating more fruits but the same no changes at all. The only thing that i don't removed in my diet is a cup of rice every meal. May be the rice the make may weight stable.

Drink plenty of water. Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This it self will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all.

I've heard that you can't lose weight with just diet. You need diet and exercise.

U know what the best way to loose weight is a balanced nutrition in powdered form.U dont have to take any tension just have it twice a day with milk or juice or curd.It helps you loose the shed down only the extra kgs.I myself have great experience with this food.It not only helps you loose weight but also solves your health problems.
