shall computer science be considered as a special science

Yes, It is a special science which tells us about deeper aspects of the computer technology and the related area. Except only programming languages we also get to learn very detailed theory of computer hardware here. Also the management skills that a computer engineer should posses are also included in this area. So, overall Computer Science is much vast than simply being a Computer Applications student.

ya man it should be considered as a special science as it is basically the integration of many fields like mathematics,computers ,business ,genetics,biology and what not,so i dont think it's not fair to make it a special science
