Most things in my life happens, " Unexpectedly"

Never a thing happens to me in an organised or pre-planned manner. And if ever I plan for something inevitably that is going to be ruined as I would face some kind of new "emergency".
But the most beautiful experiences I have had, has happened to me unintentionally and I guess that doubles the thrill.
I remember, I was lazing on a rainy afternoon a couple of years back. Things had literally come to a standstill in my city after being hit by heavy torrential rains. I got this call from my best friend and we were set to go to an unknown place (atleast from my part it was unknown). I didn't even inform anyone where was I headed.
Right from the beginning till the end of the journey was a memorable, Adventure, I would say. The place was extremely beautiful and we enjoyed every bit of it. Boy!would love to go there again!
I can say that if we had 'planned' the trip it would never have materialized. And this non-materializing part has happened with me almost on a regular basis.
What about you? Do you always plan and proceed? Do you never let unexpected events jeopardize your previous schedule? Are you good with pre planning, or are you like me letting things happen as they come and keep guessing whats gonna happen next?

For me, i always like to plan.I don like or i don prefer doing things without planning.I get nervous and lack confidence if i don prepare first the journey or the course of events. There are times things cannot be predicted howeve, i try my best to prepare the unexpected events too. But sadly, few major events in my life happen unexpectly also.Haha.

So all those major incidents which happened to you unexpectedly, was it fun or were not so fond memories?
But if those unscheduled things were of fun, you would remember that for a long time to come won't you? Thats the virtue of unplanned things, hehehe
Have a great day!

dear bodhi,
not everything planned turns out the way we thought it would. that's why i know what you mean. me and officemates always plan of a nice night out on a certain date and then it doesnt materialize.
but when we had two days overtime where we had to go home early in the morning the next day just to change uniforms and get back to the office for the day's work, the boss saw our efforts. hence, he gave us an overnight party at the beach a few days after that - and boy! we had fun. there was no expense on our part and it was not planned at all.
am not saying that we should no longer plan, its just that things are nice when you dont expect it.
have a nice day.

Wow! So first you plan, it doesn't happen then you get to do the same stuff and you don't even have to spend a penny for it, thats like a double Bonanza.
If I were with you I should have asked a hefty treat from you.
Nice to see you around Ann.

hello dear bhai,
I always believed that life is full of surprises, and surprises in life makes it exciting and memorable.
There were instances in life that,i had to choose some urgency before the pre-planned scheduled, and,i did it several times.
And,i can say,it is worth the excitement.
My/our vacation with my kids last two months were full of surprises.
We planned for a trip to a place where i/we never been, but due to some emergency, the plan was moved and instead of heading to the planned journey,we go swimming.
Sometimes,it is worth the unexpected twist of event/s to follow, than pursuing the first planned one.
happy weekend dear brother

Hi Didi,
When we are hurled by surprised and ifff those surprises are for our pleasure or you can say good surprises, it doubles the joy.
Its so good to know that you have enjoyed the summer. I bet it must be a respite to dip in the water in the scorching heat.
You too have an exciting and full of good surprises weekend.

As for me, I always plan my activities. However, as the saying goes "expect the unexpected" everything doesn't proceed as what i have planned. Either it ends up in a disaster or worse. But whenever I let things happen as it is, it ends up successfully.

Yes, sometimes we need to let things happen as it is meant to be. We need to remember time and time again that we aren't the controllers. No matter how fool-proof our plans seem to us it can be altered within no time by some one who has bigger scheme of events set for us.

I sure have had my share of these unexpected moments, that's why it's good to plan with someone who's wearing the black hat (negative-thinking). That way, you can anticipate almost everything that may happen and do something to circumvent these things.
As for a planned getaway vs unplanned, It would happen if you settled everything before the event. It would also entail that the people your going out with settle everything else too.
It's all about proper and complete planning

Yes, a lot depends on your surrounding too. But personally, things are not like that in my life. A single phone call or a sudden issue can / would change everything in no moment.
Its good to know people who have fixed plans and stick through them!
Cheers,
Bodhi

We always say that we should expect the unexpected in life, I think it is because to build up ourselves so strong to accept the reality that anything can happen in life even if we least expected it to happen. I like to plan everything though. I like everything to be in order so that we are not confused at any moment however there have been some unexpected events in life where I felt really good about.

I was like that when I was young. It seems that nothing happens in everything i plan. It was fun while it last but now I see its better to do what i planned to do because
Its much more convenient specially when time is not on my side. I think unplanned things happen more often to younger people, that is how i observed it.

i think you are right, and when I grow up I would come to know more about it
Its good to know that I am not the only one who messes with his plans and schedules, I need to grow wiser to stick to my plans.
Thanks for sharing!
