Personally i dont think theres such a thing as lose weight program thats really fast, because the tendency with losing weight is if your aiming for it the faster way normally people will yes lose some weight but eventually it will return as well and you will be gaining much more than what you lose. Thats what most happen when you just aim for fast results. If you really want to lose weight you have to at least set goals , and dont forget to be realistic with those goals that you have as well. First like check the kind of food that your eating , you might want to lose weight but your eating the wrong food, thats a total no no, next you need to have a good motivation to fuel yourself for your aim. Sometimes we do things without considering what our goals are which leads us to fail most of the time.If you at least try to follow these steps im pretty sure you will be able to appreciate yourself faster than you ever thought. I forgot do your regular exercise too

for me, regular swimming and staying up late are the most effective ones.I have lost much weight through these.

well yah, two weeks is not a lot of time but it is a good goal to start with.
In order to loose weight, you need to eat every four hours and not refined carbs, not anything with flour or sugar.
Instead fill your diet with limited portions but that which contain good fiber and drink at least 10-12 8 ounce glasses of water a day.
i use a formula where I take my body weight, times it by 15 and then subtract 500.
The sum is the
Amount of Calories you can intake Per Day to loose one pound per week.
It works but you must be able to count your calories. Do this by picking up a small calorie counter pocket book available at most major book stores.

Hi, i can tell you because on of may my friend is getting reslut, she has started eating on time small meal but on time. working at home all household thing like sweeping cleaning. gardening. and it is showing reults. after watching her even i have started workin at home. it is boring however if you want something i have to do. to make it intresting i play songs and enjoy it. hope you also get a way to loose weight. :)

Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It’s a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water. It is good for you.

Well losing weight in 2 weeks is just not possible.But you can obviously give it a try by jogging for two hours everymorning and evening.Then eat as less as possible.Hope you have a pleasant interview.

Dear friend,
I hope there are many methods. An expert in this could guide you well as before wieght reducing I hope it would be better have a medical check up. In normal cases dieting and exercise could give a better result. Much of fat content is must to be avoided. Moreover for speedy weight loose I hope to give a tough dieting along with a good exercise. All the best and I wish your weight will reduce soon.....
