Are you afraid of the stage

When I had to present a topic to the team for the first time, it was the toughest day for me but just after that day I got my confidence and now its easy to present things to the audience. I have never presented anything to a number of audiences but there were 10-15 people in the big conf room. You just need to be confident with all the relevant available information you are going to talk. That’s all. I would love to speak from stage where many peoples are listening me, need to go for election All the Best

I do not have any stage fear. You can practice your speech in front of your family and friends first. Once on the stage do not look at the audience for some time. eye contact with the audience is very much necessary. After you gain confidence on the speech you can see the audience and continue. Prepare well and reherse well. Do not get scared. Pray well before entering the stage.
