What do you think of the new Google home page?

I noticed today that Google changed their default white background to one that uses an image (much like Bing does). What do you think of this move? Personally I prefer the minimalist white background. Do you think they'll change it back or give us an option to revert to the original?

I noticed this myself today and I prefer a more basic background as you do. I was quite impressed by the feature, but it can be a little distractive when all you wish to do is find a list of relevant sites to visit.
Like most people I like decent background pictures for my desktop, but this is like using wallpapers in Excel or Word when you wish to concentrate on the job at hand.

Sometimes I like it when those nature pictures are on it. I like taking a few moments to look at the nice scenery. It is kind of relaxing.
