they are guilty because they do that without being bond in married. we know that they are not the one who spread the video. but if we live in the world of animal which never consider a moral attitude, i guess they are fine to do such things

Well... I don't think we should blame them for spreading the video. In my opinion, they are the victims, not the culprits who spread the video intentionally. There is another person doing this and we don't know yet. If they are the ones who spread the video, it means they put their careers on the line. They are not not going to ruin their careers just for gaining popularity. In short, although what they did is wrong, but it is not fair if we blame them for spreading the video.

if you ask me about morality i think all of them is guilty. but about who spread the videos is the real criminal. he is the real crime. and must be arrested.
