So frustrating!

I hate when you're in the middle of something and the internet starts going really slow for some crazy reason of it just closes your page or something that makes you have to stop what you're doing. You pay good money for the internet you use and it is constantly messing up. Road Runner is always having to come out and fix my cords because one of their workers hooked up the wrong cable or to the wrong spot. They used the old cable instead of the new one i payed for that was faster so i was getting the slower service. I wish they would give the quality that you pay for.

Our service provider has been upgrading their systems and satellites which means we have had the engineers out to us twice in four days. You are right it is frustrating, but it's just something you have to accept rather than worry about.
