I mean what I consider a lot. 151,000. We have started looking at different cars. I think at this point my hubby will drive it into the ground 1st. What is the most miles a car you have owned has had? Our car is in relatively good shape for a 2000. It just needs to have the AC charged. Some cars would be falling apart at this point.

Our last car was purchased in 1997 and lasted a little over 10 years. Her final mileage was around 257,000 miles. Hoping this car will live as long or longer!

I had a Toyota Corrola as my first car. My grandmother and grandfather had that car before I got it. Then after I drove it for several years I gave it to my brother. Then he sold it to my aunt and uncle after he drove it for a couple years. So that car was around for a long time and I think it had over 200 thousand miles on it when it finally went kerplunk. I say drive it until it won't drive no more. I would love to have another car but I'm going to keep driving mine until I can't drive it anymore. Mine is a 2003 and it's paid for and I do not want another car payment right now.

Some of the cars I've purchased came to me with that many miles on it, lol. Honestly I don't pay a lot of attention to how many miles are on my car. I just care about how well it runs. If all you have to worry about is the A/C I'd say you're doing fine. I think we may need to get a new car with our tax returns next year.. my Durango has certainly seen better days. Besides, we want a van anyways, not an SUV.
