What are your thoughts? Many people have been talking about it. What will come of it. Will there be more destruction happening on Smackdown? Is there a leader of the NXT Season 1 "Rookies" or is it just Wade Barrett making a statement with his fellow "winds of change?" Will RAW stop trying to be a variety show with wrestling?
Looking forward to see what comes out of this and interested in other mylotters thoughts about it.

I'm guessing it may turn out to be a stable of wrestlers working together. If that's the case, then hopefully they don't expand it too big like the nWo. At this point, anything can very well happen and there could be a ring leader. I'm guessing Michael Cole did it since he got away allowing it to happen. That would be just my guess but you never know for sure.

They should just keep the group as the NXT rookies of season 1. It would become too big like the NWO, as you mentioned. Many are guessing Michael Cole is behind this. I doubt he's the leader, but I do consider him to be an ally of theirs since he escaped unharmed. He may have aligned himself with the group so he wouldn't be further beaten and humiliated by Daniel Bryan.

That may be but could it be possible that he threw people off by allowing Daniel Bryan to humiliate him to not let on to the plan? It will be interesting on how it turns out. I think they should keep it those ones as well. Funny how one of the NXT rookies was on Tough Enough now getting another chance. I guess we'll have to wait until next week for sure.

Well, the first show was a good start but here's the thing about WWE and wrestling in general. A good first start does not really mean a lot, if the follow up is bad. For that, I give you the original Invasion of 2001. The night that ECW reformed on RAW and joined up with WCW was great. Of course what happened, beginning especially at the end of the night at that show, was not so great and then the Invasion was known as one of the biggest blunders in wrestling history.
Still, what happens in the weeks and months down the line will be the key to whether or not this storyline works. I sincerely doubt that anything will change in the turn. You can't do some of the things that for instance made the NWO one of the most dangerous stables ever in a PG word. Like you cannot choke anyone out with a tie apparently, otherwise very important sponsors get upset and the person who does the choking gets fired.
Which brings me to the Bryan Danielson firing. Yeah, we're in a PG World, so obviously there are certain things that are not allowed. Its a PG World because sponsors were promised certain things. Therefore, a big feud ending match between a blood feud between two hated rivals has to be stopped to close a cut when their is blood on a Pay Per View. I'm guessing there is a real possibility that this Bryan Danielson thing could be a really elaborate storyline. Still, if it is, then it's stupid, because basically is playing to a small percentage of your fans over the Internet. If he's been fired for real, then it's stupid for other reasons. He could come back in a few months when everything ties down.
The put is while the NXT thing has potential, I doubt it will be anything worthwhile in the long run. RAW will continue to be a variety show with some token wrestling. Plus, who's to say that if the NXT guys dominate, then Triple H will return and save the day. In fact, I'm pretty sure that's highly likely to happen. Plus, much like the Invasion, the guys in NXT have to beat people over the midcard for it to mean anything. They did take out John Cena and maybe if Wade Barrett wins the title from Cena down the road, then they might be on the right track. However, they'll a long way off with something like that happening.

Good points, Matt. Especially, the Bryan Danielson thing. I don't know if they will even mention Bryan tonight, but to make something that is designated for the "smark" audience won't make a huge impact. Unless of course people are discussing it with friends who enjoy the product, but don't follow it extensively on the internet as some do.
It is upsetting if that is the reason Bryan Danielson got fired. Might as well fire the cameraman and director who decided to make a close-up on the action.
I would like Wade Barrett to win. It definitely would get more people talking.
I also like the pun used in your argument (intentional or not).

Well , I am really disapponited to see that group the way they treat other great wrestlers On Raw, on Smack down and On other events, what The hell is happening on WWE.
