why do the sheets never stay on the bed?

i just have this question why dont sheets ever stay on the bed?

I use to have that problem until I started buying sheets on size larger than my bed size. That way I can tuck them in more deeply. But your first responder is also correct, we tend to toss them off us or had a restless night sleep.

For me it is because I get so hot while I sleep and I am always kicking them off and they always end up under the bed unless I I get cold and randomly I get up to grab them.
