Someone Added a picture on my Facebook Wall

I got few notification that there are many comments about your picture on your Facebook wall. I just visited my Facebook profile and saw a picture (a girl cheating in the exams) on my wall, there are many comments about that picture.
I am shocked, I never added that picture to my Facebook account, how did that come to my wall. I tried to delete that and could not delete just got a message that "Something is wrong and we are working on it"
What is this? I do not want to quit Facebook but if things does go right will have to quit soon.

Are you sure that you didnt upload that pic? If yes then your account must have been hacked----make sure you change your password immediately so you can handle your account and report that pic to FAcebook so they can delete it of your wall

Hi again Ajay: Yes, I didn't think about this but it's probably a hacker doing something on your account. Once a person did this to me, I think it was just for fun because this person put ridiculous messages in my account. I change my password and my problem has finished. Hi Ajay Singh Baguel: I think you don't have to quit Facebook. When someone puts your name on a picture you can delete this. It's just a problem on the site. I'd also advice that if you don't like this picture at all you should dennounce the person that upload this picture explaining the reason why you do this. Thanks for sharing with us your problem.
