Right now I believe the most difficult book in the Bible for me to read is Chronicles, the first then chapters, they are like so hard to read and remember anything.
I understand now that chapters one to ten are about genealogical order and then it is about how Kind Saul lost the kingdom, then King David's history as a king, then King Solomon and then there rest till they are on Babylonian times.
So I am reading this cause my Sunday teacher told us to do it for homework I just do not see any benefit at all
So what's the hardest book for you to read from the Bible?

Greetings ShellyB.
I was going to say certain chapters of Ezekiel, but when you mentioned the first part of Chronicles, yes, that is somewhat tough to get through.
So those chapters in Ezekiel, the ones dealing with the Millennial Temple, theology wise is a little tough, and I will put it in second place.
For all, I want to encourage you that the more you read the Holy Bible, the more you will understand as you ask God through Christ to help you.
God bless,
Pastor P.

I am reading the Bible I am not absorbing Chronicles at all, I was thinking if I made little notes while reading the bible that that will help me, it does help but not much, I was thinking that maybe if I can remember little facts of those chapters I will be ok.
I thought of praying, but I pray at night, my first thoughts of the morning is turn on computer and then turn on coffee maker, and then it is like must read bible and then I am reading and I just know I should have pray before then lol.
Thanks for your input Pastor.

Any book in the Old Testament is hard to read for me. Maybe because I just never was all that interested in history or prophecies.
The hardest to read though would have to be Revelation. It is, for me at least, the silliest book in the entire Bible. What it describes has probably been seen coming and going by people for centuries.
Nice of your Sunday school teacher to give you assignments though. Otherwise, I wonder how many of your fellow classmates would read entire books of the Bible, rather than just favorite passages of their own

Revelation is ok, but I am not sure either anymore. I was explained a small part by my Pastor in sunday, and it made all the sense in the world, he was just reading revelations, there was no it means this as much as it says this, and for the first time in my life Revelations did not sounded scary.
I am beginning to see that I love John, and Psalms, and maybe even Proverbs, not Chronicles tho

Hands down at the moment it is Psalms. Chronicles was kind of boring, but Psalms is non sensicle, at least Chronicles had an order to it.
A lot of my friends have issues with Isaiah, I haven't got there yet though, Psalms is so far the hardest for me to read. Nothing to follow, just this psalm, then that psalm...I dislike a lack of order.
Sincerely and With Appreciation.

I considering Psalms for praising God, and for asking forgivenes, it is like prayers but it also has a little of Prophesy, it is very out of order, but I will say enjoy for the sake of reading and being spiritual, I love Psalms 23, 51, 118, and many others.
There is history but I am not sure why they are in the order that they are in.

Well, I am a Muslim. So I do not know tuh. But, in the Quran is the most difficult for me is practice. We know, we understand, we understand it easily. But for practice, difficulty is not playing.

The Book of Revelation. Coz it talks about shedding of the moon with blood, earthquakes, and stars falling down form heaven.
