Tourrettes the new problem in my life.

Growing up Tourrete was never really a problem I'd get excited and if no one was around my wrist would twitch as in my hand would spin back and forth rapidly. However over the years it has gotten... different now my head will twitch too a tick developed from when I had to swing my long hair from my face constantly. I also blink alot and if someone is watching my toes twitch. I also have ADD which makes focusing difficult especially when fueled by tourrette syndrome. I need to overcome this and since I have a mild case of tourrette I think I can suppress it however when I do everything seems dull and bland as when I twitch I get an adrenaline rush. I don't know much of anything about my own illness can someone help me?
