when i am stressed out and my friends are away . i normally go for walk and listen music. window shopping is also one way to reduce stress.
Sometime i dance - sing.
and if the stress is still not going then i will go in my room close the door and i will cry cry and cry. after crying - when i am totally empty. then i will think for a way out on my problem and release my stress.

I like to take long walks. I also like cooking really intricate recipes and cleaning my house. It sounds weird, I know, but doing all this just makes me feel like I've driven my stress away! :)

I actually live in a high stress environment. (caring for my son who was injured in a wreck) I started running just for exercise, but found that it was also really good for stress relief! so I guess that's what i do to cope with stress!

I take Stresstabs. It's a brand of multivitamins especially prepared for stressed people. When you're under stress, you are burning up the vitamins in your body. So, you have to replenish them. That's why I take Stresstabs. That's how I cope up with stress.

i have stumbled a better option. it is like this: MEDITATION. and slow breathing exercise. It is not actually slow or deep. the breathing exercise is in itself a wonderful science. ...

Sing like no one hears, dance like nobody sees, laugh like it's my last and cry like no one can hear..
Just kidding. But I did that so many times. Stress is inevitable. Yet, I know how to handle it well. That's why things are very positive on my side.

For me, when i have stress, i always do what i love, hanging out with friends, surfing the net or playing my favorite games. Also, relaxation really helps alot in coping up with stress. Oh, an by the way, studies shows that chewing gum help relieves stress.
