paypal withdrawal to smartmoney

can i withdraw my paypal funds directly to smartmoney electronic card?

I do not use smartmoney because I'm a Globe user. I suggest that you register with Globe GCash so that you may transfer your Paypal fund via online at http://www.globe.com/gcashonline/ This method is so easy and will not require too much effort. Good luck! ^_^

As far as I know, you can't withdraw your paypal funds through smartmoney. I suggest you open an account at unionbank (eon debit card) and withdraw your paypal there. I think it's the cheapest and easiest way to get your paypal funds.
