Currently im using readbud.They pay kinda little and you can earn about 1$ a day.Minimum cashout is 50$.
They give you articles and after you read you rate them.
The articles are very informative too.

I too working on readbud. but few days back some of my friends said that it is a scam site and not paying. They tried to communicate with the admin but in vain. I could not find any payment proofs in the site.

I dont think there is such a thing as the best website to earn money online. I think there are just reliable sites. I try to find the reliable sites that way I can show other users that the sites pay me and they can earn.Reliability is something you have to work hard to find and it is really a must when it comes to online earning.
