do dogs get hiccups?

They certainly do hiccup. And they are so cute when they do this!
To me, the sounds they make seems the same with humans'. Dogs only have a higher frequency of the hiccups. Something like hiccup-hiccup-hiccup-hiccup, not like in humans: hiccup-pause-hiccup-pause-hiccup-pause.
I've also noticed that sometimes my puppy hiccups when she got scared.

do most definately do, a hiccuo is just a spasm of an organ and they have organs to. although when they hiccup they make very strange noises most different from what humans sound like(: lol.

Yes a dog can get hiccups. The don't tend to make the same sounds that people do when they have them. They simply tend to get a real jerky motion that takes over their body; but you know they are hiccups because they are in a very rythmic motion.
