What is the reason for rejection in the google Adsense

I made the blog and send it for approval in the Adsense in the google but rejected for many time as i try that i fulfill all the requirement for the google Adsense and resubmit many time with change main problem is that in the rejection e-mail the main reason not being given only the same reason is being given each time. What should i do so that my blog being approved.
